Creator Curriculum

In Phase 1, participants will review their business model and cover the basics of business model design. This phase will help participants identify areas of improvement in their current model and develop strategies to overcome any challenges they may be facing.

In Phase 2, participants will work with Uninc's coaches to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that they can test with customers. This phase will give participants hands-on experience in product development and testing, helping them refine their ideas and identify opportunities for growth.

In Phase 3, participants will spend time engaging directly with customers, using the insights they gather to improve their product or service. This phase will help participants build a strong customer base and develop a deeper understanding of their target market.
